  • 1 cup chopped mango (or papaya)
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • ½ cup orange segments (seedless)
  • ½ cup watermelon cubes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or jaggery (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

How to Make Fruit Juice

  1. Prepare the fruits: Wash, peel, and chop all fruits into small pieces.
  2. Blend: Add all fruits to a blender along with lemon juice, sweetener (if using), and water.
  3. Sweeten: Once rice is half-cooked, add sugar and stir well.
